QUALITY CONTROL

• Raw Material Control

  Establish a rigorous supplier qualification and audit mechanism, conducting source screening for core raw materials such as resin skeleton materials, functional monomers, and crosslinking agents. Partner exclusively with certified, high-quality suppliers known for consistent quality.

  Prior to raw material storage, conduct multi-parameter testing (e.g., purity, molecular weight, impurity content) using specialized analytical instruments. Materials may only be stored and used upon issuance of a qualified inspection report, eliminating quality risks at the source.

• Production Process Control

  Production workshops feature fully enclosed cleanroom designs equipped with automated synthesis platforms, pilot-scale upscaling facilities, and precision control systems to standardize critical processes including resin synthesis, crosslinking, and functionalization.

  Multi-point quality inspections are implemented, with technicians continuously monitoring process parameters such as reaction temperature, pressure, and duration. Process sampling and testing are conducted for each batch to ensure compliance with quality standards;

  Strict batch management protocols are enforced, with dedicated production records established for every batch. These records document raw material batches, process parameters, and test results, enabling full traceability throughout the production cycle.

  Equipped with a specialized resin performance testing laboratory featuring a full suite of instruments including ion exchange capacity analyzers, particle size distribution analyzers, abrasion resistance testers, and purity detectors to conduct comprehensive indicator testing on finished products;

  Testing encompasses core performance (exchange capacity, selectivity, regeneration efficiency), physical properties (particle size distribution, particle strength, moisture content), and stability (high-temperature resistance, acid/alkali corrosion resistance). Products are released only after passing all tests;

  Products hold multiple authoritative industry certifications including ISO9001 Quality Management System Certification and Environmental Product Certification, complying with relevant domestic and international standards to provide customers with reliable quality assurance.

• Batch Consistency Management

  Standardized production procedures and testing methods are established. Automated equipment and precise controls ensure performance parameter deviations between batches remain within minimal ranges;

  Production equipment and testing instruments undergo regular calibration and maintenance. Production processes are optimized to continuously enhance batch stability;
