CUSTOMIZATION CATEGORIES AND SCOPE

• Customized Product Design

  Core Parameter Customization: Tailor resin functional groups (e.g., specialized chelating groups, high-selectivity exchange groups), exchange capacity (standard/high-capacity customization), selectivity coefficients, and other core performance parameters based on client processing objectives (e.g., specific ion removal, high-purity separation).

  Specification and Size Customization: Adapted to client equipment chambers, flow rates, and other operating conditions, we customize physical specifications including resin particle size (fine, coarse, uniform), particle strength (abrasion resistance grade), and other parameters.

  Specialized functional customization: For extreme working conditions (high temperature, strong acid and alkali, high salt environment), we develop special resins that are corrosion resistant, high temperature resistant, and pollution resistant; for special extraction/processing needs (such as uranium extraction, deep defluorination, antibiotic purification), we customize exclusive functional resins.

• Personalized Packaging Design

  Packaging material options: We offer a variety of materials including PE vacuum bags, moisture-proof sealed containers, and food-grade packaging to meet the requirements of different storage environments (moisture-proof, oxidation-proof, and food contact safety).

  Customizable packaging specifications: Supports small-batch trial packs (100g/500g/1kg), regular mass production packs (25kg/50kg), and large-capacity customized packs (100kg/ton), suitable for different scenarios such as laboratory research and development, pilot production, and large-scale industrial applications;

  Customized Labels and Markings: Customized content such as exclusive brand information, product parameters, instructions for use, and safety warnings can be added to the packaging according to customer needs, facilitating inventory management and on-site use.

• Customized Equipment Services

  Supporting equipment manufacturing: Based on the resin application scenario, we customize supporting hardware such as dedicated ion exchange columns, resin regeneration devices, and pretreatment equipment to ensure that the equipment is perfectly compatible with the customized resin.

  Equipment parameter adjustment: For customers' existing equipment, we provide modification solutions (such as adjusting the column structure, optimizing the water distribution system, and matching the automatic control system) to improve resin utilization efficiency and ease of operation;

  Integrated Solution: Combining with the customer's production process, we provide integrated customized services for "resin + equipment + process parameters", covering the entire process optimization from feeding, processing, regeneration to discharge.

CUSTOMIZATION PROCESS

  Consultation and Communication Phase

  Clients submit customization requests via the official website, phone, email, etc., clarifying core requirements (e.g., product functionality, specifications, packaging, equipment compatibility) and operating conditions (e.g., treated medium, temperature, pH level, processing capacity).

  Our technical consultants engage in one-on-one in-depth discussions with clients to refine requirements, provide preliminary feasibility analysis and technical recommendations, and confirm the customization direction and general solution.

  Solution Design Phase

  The R&D team conducts targeted technical development and solution design based on consultation outcomes, including resin formulation development, specification parameter calculations, and equipment structural design;

  A detailed customization proposal (covering product parameters, process flow, equipment drawings, timeline planning, and cost quotation) is generated. Upon client confirmation, a custom service contract is signed.

  Production & Debugging Phase

  Resin synthesis and equipment manufacturing are conducted in specialized production workshops according to the customized plan, adhering to strict quality control standards throughout;

  Custom products and equipment undergo multiple rounds of performance testing and debugging (e.g., resin exchange capacity testing, equipment operational stability testing) to ensure compliance with client requirements and relevant industry standards.

  Delivery and After-Sales Phase

  After completing product packaging and equipment commissioning, ship goods according to the agreed schedule and provide detailed technical documentation including user manuals and maintenance guides;

  Dispatch professional technicians to deliver on-site installation and operational training services. Continuously monitor usage post-delivery, offering after-sales support such as technical assistance, resin regeneration guidance, and equipment maintenance to ensure customer confidence in product operation.
