Macroporous styrene-based tertiary amine [-N(CH₃ ) ₂ ] weakly basic anion exchange resin, specifically designed for adsorption of gold/silver cyanide complexes, primarily for gold extraction from gold ore slurry/electroplating wastewater. Its capacity is 4–5 times that of activated carbon.

Core performance features (exclusively for gold extraction):

Ultra-high gold selectivity: Extremely strong affinity for Au(CN) ₂⁻ and Ag(CN) ₂⁻ , preferentially adsorbing gold complex anions with minimal interference from impurities such as copper/zinc/iron. Ultra-large adsorption capacity: Saturated gold loading of 200–300 g/L (wet resin), 4–5 times that of activated carbon; fast adsorption rate, reaching saturation in 4 hours.

Easy elution + stable regeneration: Elution with thiourea + sulfuric acid or sodium cyanide achieves a elution rate ≥99%; capacity recovery rate after regeneration ≥95%, with 30+ cycles.

High mechanical strength: Wear-resistant and impermeable, ball mill wear resistance ≥99%, slurry adsorption is not easily broken, lifespan 2–3 years.

Anti-pollution + Anti-oxidation: Resistant to organic pollution, suitable for high-turbidity slurries; strong antioxidant properties, suitable for cyanide/thiourea gold extraction systems.

Typical Applications

Gold mine cyanide slurry/precious liquor: adsorption of Au(CN) ₂⁻ , gold recovery rate ≥99%;

Electroplating wastewater: recovery of gold cyanide/gold leaching, effluent gold ≤0.05 ppm;

Silver/platinum/palladium recovery: simultaneous adsorption of silver cyanide and platinum/palladium complex anions;

Mine tailings/heap leaching solution: deep enrichment of low-concentration gold (0.1–5 mg/L).
